Job Position: YCC Year-Round Guide

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced AMI Montessori Assistant to Infancy (0-3) Guide to join our nurturing and dynamic team. Our school is a lab school for The Montessori Training Center of St. Louis and as such, we strive to deliver high-fidelity, authentic Montessori. Our school is also committed to providing a supportive, child centered environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week, Mon-Fri), year-round

Key Responsibilities:

-Implement the Montessori philosophy and curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of children

-Create and maintain a beautifully prepared environment that fosters independence, self-discipline, and confidence in each child.

- Observe and assess children’s progress, offering individualized instruction and support.

- Build a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom culture.

- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of each child.

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.

Qualifications:

- Certified 0-3 Montessori Guide (AMI)

- Strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passionate about working with young children and committed to their growth and development.
